RFQ Details

There are two designs of fence that the customer is currently making. Field Fence and No-Climb Fence. The difference between the two are the hole sizes. Both styles of fence are constructed with the same diameter wires.


No-Climb Fence

These rolls are being built in 4'x105', 5'x105' and 6'x105'. As stated, the hole is a 2" wide by 4" tall hole. The top and bottom wire are 12ga wire. The body wire is 14ga.
Field Fence
These rolls are currently only being produced in a 6'x105' roll the holes are 6" long by 4" tall. At the top of the roll there are currently 2 6"x6" holes. So, to explain another, when looking at the roll from the point where it touches the ground to its max height, the first 5' of the rolls are comprised of 4" tall holes, while the last 1' is 6" holes

The construction of the square that creates the fence is called a Hinge-Joint. This is one of the most common manufacturing in China. We are open to other designs if this is not available in Vietnam.



All of the metal fence rolls we import are galvanized. I will have to double check the spec but i believe we are at 80-90gsm for the coating on the wire.

Most shipments that we receive are between 390-425 Rolls of fence. Pallets are built 2 ways depending on the style of fence. All of the No Climb rolls are stacked vertical with 16 rolls per pallet. The field fence is stacked horizontally and comes in pallets of 25. Based on height inside the container these pallets are usually double stacked on top of the 4' and 5' pallets.

We typically see 22 vertical pallets on the floor of the container with 4-6 pallets horizontally depending on the load
